I am new to investing and have someone with more experience who can help me personally, but I want as much insight from different angles as I can get. I found a property for sale in my town listed at 34,900 which from a quick glance seems to leave room to negotiate and profit.  It is listed through CastlerockREO which is a national company and has a sign in the window for Five Brothers property management. I have the number for Castlerock but I am looking to be steered in the right direction for procedure so I dont let my rookie mind burn me before I get started. Thanks for your time.

Hello everyone, I am 25 years old and eager to learn more about investing in real estate. I have met an investor out of Cincinnati that is helping me get my feet wet by marketing and working on getting calls in, then progressing from there with his assistance. I would be very happy to talk to an investor from Indiana who is more familiar with Indiana laws.
