Welcome Vincent!

Definitely check out the podcast!  It's a super easy-to-consume source of great information!

Maybe when I get back to Albuquerque in a couple months we can meet up.

Best,

Travis

Hello all,

My name is Travis and I recently graduated with my BBA from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico (Yes, this is part of the United States and yes most of us speak Spanish but no we don't use pesos).  I have decided that my skills lie in spreadsheets, analysis, and careful due diligence and thus I arrived at the conclusion that I should start my career as a real estate developer/investor.

I recently loaded up my Kindle with books and bought a ticket to Costa Rica where I will spend most of my time working on organic farms or in hotel resorts, photographing the multitude of species of reptiles and amphibians and ravenously devouring real estate knowledge.  I am beyond excited!

Upon my return to this great country of United States I will most likely move to Southern Arizona around Tucson or Tempe (close to family and great weather!) to start my real estate career.

I am most interested in scaleable, sustainable developing.  I hope to meet many great people on this website and work with many of you in the future.

Best,

Travis
