Hey guys! After listening to the first 30 episodes of the Bigger Pockets podcast, I've finally decided to jump on here and start asking questions.  My wife and I are new to RE investing but are very excited to get into it.  Currently we are trying to learn as much as possible as our goals and plans are beginning to take form. We both work full time in other industries, so we are planning on doing this in our spare time.  Originally, our only interest was to build a portfolio of property with a buy and hold strategy, finance 80%, rent to tenants, and sit on the properties while they appreciate.  But after listening to the podcast, our interests have expanded to include wholesale and flipping.  We aren't sure where we want to start, but every day we learn more and are getting a better understanding of these concepts.  We have a good amount of capital to invest to get this thing moving.  Looking forward to perusing the forum and asking a lot of questions!  Thanks BP for this great resource!
