Hey BP Community!

I am looking to upgrade to the pro account. On the basis that I am new, should i upgrade to the continuing education $19/monthly or the dive in $39/monthly package? I want to do at least one analysis a day and hopefully have my first offer in by May 31st, 2020! What do you recommend for a beginner?

Hey BP Community!

I am brand new in real estate! I am trying to find my first fixer upper to resell. Now with that being said I have enough money for a down payment but not for the repairs. Should I go to a lender? What are your thoughts?

Hello BP Community!

 My name is Travis Cannon. I wanted to take the time to introduce myself as a new member to this community. I live in North Carolina, a little outside of Greensboro. My goal of joining this group is to network and learn more about real estate! I have not made my first deal or even offer yet but I plan to ASAP because I am hungry! From watching the BiggerPockets on Youtube, I know I want to start with flipping properties!
