Thanks for the welcomes. The rental property is in the central valley. I was able to get some good cash flow margin on the property. I am looking to get involved in San Diego but it requires a lot of capital going the conventional route. I am trying get started pursuing other options. One of the goals would be to do shorter term investing in SD and use the money to buy and hold in better cash flow areas. There is so much to learn, any advice is greatly appreciated!

My name is Travis and I am currently living in the San Diego area. I am just getting started with real estate investing. I bought my first property last month and just found a renter to move into the house. I found bigger pockets forums extremely helpful while setting up my LLC. (I am currently working on getting the property transferred into the LLC using a grant deed.) I bought the house through a Realtor off the MLS. The goal is to get more involved in real estate and purchase additional property more creatively with less money down. I am interested in wholesaling and seller finance deals. I would love to get to know some other investors that are active in real estate investing in the area.
