Anyone ever heard of this lender?  On the BBB it says they are based out of NY.  I’m looking at refinancing some properties with them, but a few online reviews freaked me out.  Any help greatly appreciated!

I'm an investor in the Greater Philadelphia area and am looking for properties (5+ bed or multi unit) for rehab/rent or just rent.

From what I'm seeing there are a few wholesalers operating in the area.  Haven't found any deals thus far but am hopeful.

Any help finding realtors, wholesalers, or sellers is greatly appreciated!

Hi all, 

I'm a recent transplant to Philadelphia and am looking for some areas that are still good for house flipping.  I've done a few flips in the past (in upstate NY and Fl as well as rentals).  In any case, I'me a bit overwhelmed with different tips.  Have heard that Point Breeze, Kensington, and "SouthWest Philly" might all be good areas to start to farm.  Any insight is greatly appreciated!

It's been a while since I've been active, but now that spring has arrived I'm back in Binghamton!

I hope everyone is doing well.  I'm trying to find a reputable realtor to show about 9 units in the area. They aren't student rentals, mostly multi-family properties for long term tenants.  I've had some well...interesting experiences with realtors in the area in the past.  Hoping for some good recommendations.

At the risk of sounding like the stereotypical BP newbie, I'd like to ask if anyone has any favorite banks or lenders in the Binghamton, NY area?  I've been working for the past six months to get financing on some multi-family properties I own with varying degrees of success.  The issue I've been having, is that most local lenders (if not all) have guidelines that prohibit non local investors from obtaining financing.  I am back and forth between NYC and Binghamton and have a partner that manages our properties and is "local."  Any advice or direction would be greatly appreciated.
