What is some information you wish you knew earlier when you first started getting into investment real estate. If you could go back and give some advice to a younger version of yourself, what would it be? I am new to the real estate industry and would love any advice on how to create a diverse portfolio and build passive income.

@Timothy VanWingerden

Thanks for the advice, I will take it to heart. One of the things that attracted me to the real estate industry is the opportunity to create new relationships and meet new and interesting people.

I really do appreciate the advice.

I am a new agent working in Dallas. I am looking for advice on how to grow my clientele and build new relationships with investors.

I have heard great things about this website and am excited to be a part of this community. Besides traditional ways of meeting investors (cold calling, networking events, ect.) what are some other ways to build my network? Any advice is appreciated, thanks.
