Hi, I wanted to know how I would detetmine whether I have a good deal to work with on a C-2 zoned property in Phoenix AZ? Its my first like this.

The owner let me know it used to be a store. I'm stuck at what to look for as far as systems, plumbing,  rooms, etc.

In addition, are the comps evaluated similar to residential commercial property?

@Account Closed, thanks for the advice. Since i know very little about the marketing aspects i am currently doing a lot of "driving for dollars", but a lot of the homes i find here (Phoenix) are listed under LLC's. Do you think those are worth contacting too?

hello fellow Arizonans, I'm pretty new to bp and the whole real estate investing business as far as that goes. I stay in Phoenix but I was wondering what the Tucson market is like as far as wholesaling. I've seen a lot of post suggesting this is a good way to get started.
