Does anyone have a sample 30 day notice to vacate as a Word document that you could send us?

Great meeting!  Well worth our time.

We are expanding and are ready to purchase additional multi-family units in Lancaster, Ohio.  Additionally, we are also considering purchasing multi-family units in Newark, Ohio which is close to our home and would like to discuss the current market, realist incomes, best/worst neighborhoods, flood zones, etc... with any landlords in this area.  Thank you, Tracy.

We noticed an ad last week on Bigger Pockets for locating Realtors that would discount their commission by 1 1/2%  Did anyone notice this ad or know the company name?  Thank you!

Seeking opinions/feedback on interest only loans.  We are new investors having just three rental properties and want the pro's and con's of financing with interest only loans compared to fixed rate 30 year loans.  Our local bank is offering a 30 year fixed rate at 5 1/4%.  Thank you!

Yes, we have used and been happy with Cozy.  However, our current applicant is 80 years old and does not have a computer let alone an e-mail address as is required.  Additionally, he does not have any family or friends with a computer or e-mail.  We just checked into SmartMove and it also requires him to have an e-mail address.  Any other options?  Thank you!

So we cannot locate in The Book on Managing Rental Properties how to handle a tenant moving in a home in the middle of the month.  Do we pro-rate and only charge for the remaining days of the month?  Thanks!
