I know this is vague question; but, what's the average profit one would expect flipping homes in the DFW market? In a decent part of town; not high end nor low end.

Thanks for considering to use our services. Being that we started out first as a painting company, I would like to be considered for painting interior/exterior and the second option would be flooring; tile, laminate, or wood.

Here's my situation. I'm local contractor in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area. We've successfully helped private homeowners renovate and sell they're personal property. Seeing the success they had in selling their properties fast, I have a desire to network with investors who are into house flipping.

If you decide to remove, please make sure the popcorn isn't the type that's asbestos. If so, I recommend hiring a reputable company to remove safely.
