Hi Jacob, Happy to shoot you over the deck if you want to take a quick look?

Appreciate this Todd!

Thankfully the team I am on has the experience with raising capital.

This is our first multifamily project and we have aligned ourselves with the talent and knowledge to help bring this to life.

We are in the capital raise mode and I was looking for groups out there that may have interest in looking into our opportunity. The best way to approach these types of groups or if anyone knew of any they could suggest.

Hi Chris, we are raising $5.6M . We purchased the land that we are bringing into the deal. We purchased the land for $3.1M the property appraised at $5.6M. We did a step-up of the $3.1M to $5M and having the other $600k from the appraisal gifted to the syndication.

Does anyone have advice about raising capital for multifamily projects?

I have a a great project in a prime location, but finding the right investor has been pretty difficult.

Any and all advice about how to best approach people or groups of interest would be much appreciated.

Thank you,

Traci
