Charlie, would you mind sharing your letter? I'm looking for that right tone of trust. Thanks for sharing your postcard resource of 99designs, I'll check them out. I have hand written envelopes and letters. I spoke to an interested seller yesterday who told me he gets so much mail he never saw mine. Oh well. I also do driving for dollars. It's resulted in a few leads once I was able to make contact with the home owner.
