@Joseph Santos the property is is memphis TN. Jersey city prices are too high!

@Jason I am interested in the Atlanta metro area. Would you mind sharing the property manager you're working with (you can PM if you like). Also please describe how you acquire your properties? MLS, turnkey provider, etc?

Hey @Ted DeVitto i am going after cash flow. I dont want to manage properties myself so i need a reputable turnkey provider that can hook me up with a really good property manager. Thats key for me since i dont have the time to handle day-to-day management issues.
