I'm paying $35 every two weeks.

We live in Brooklyn, NY. Our primary is most definitely an investment. We haven't even been in this house for a year and the prices of the real estate in the area are so much more expensive. It is insane. We are both native NYers so we really scoured the nooks and crannies and found an affordable diamond in the rough.

Good evening everyone. Tomorrow I close on my Cudell property tomorrow afternoon and I have my Quit Claim deed for my East Cleveland property. I am looking into landlord insurance. Oh no! Does this happen even after you have signed the papers and stuff? Also, the purchase is cash. I e signed all of my documents. Now, I'm waiting for someone to contact me about the money part. Thank you for sharing your experiences. I'm learning sooooo much here.
