@Joe Splitrock and @Marlon Fong Thank you so much for the welcome. I actually started listening to the podcast about 30 minutes ago. I think this is great information. 

@Joe Splitrock I want to start with wholesaling then maybe do a few flips that are turnkey. Not really sure about doing the rehab side, as I haven't yet secured a network of contractors or anything. It's only been two months today that I started and  I am really just absorbing as much as I can. 

I know I will make mistakes, but I want my mistakes to be as small as possible, so as to ensure success in the future.
