Hi

My husband and I are looking to expand our real estate investing company to the Raleigh/Durham area. We were looking for any referrals people may have on good real estate agents. Can anyone suggest some agents who are familiar with working with investors in the area? It would be much appreciated! :-)

Hi All, I'm looking for some advice on how to find a good title agent to work with. What questions do you ask initially when vetting different agencies? Any suggestions or information would be great! Thanks :-)

Thanks for your comment Jeff B. Since I cant seem to get the link to work, does anyone have a good/thorough due diligence checklist they would like to share?

Thanks Arpan! This helps confirm what we had assumed but the list had a lot of things we had never seen before in comparison to the other DD checklists we had gathered. I wish the link had worked so you could see it. It is quite exhaustive. The PDF is located in the page for viewing.  (http://www.pytheas.net/publications/163-m-a-compre...). I really appreciate your feedback~

Hi, my husband and I are just getting started in real estate investing. We are looking to buy and rehab homes in MA. We are currently doing our research and I came across this due diligence checklist from pytheas.net. I found it to be slightly overwhelming. I was thinking that some of these checklist items are performed by the title agent, inspector and surveyor. Would anyone care to help me out and let me know if all of these things are typically covered by the buyer in the acquisition phase or if this is all part of your teams due diligence? Any advice would be great!

Thanks

Tracee
