Hey Guys,

I'm more about investing for cash flow than appreciation.

I didn't know much when I jumped in and was just looking for a ROI better than the average 10%.

For complexes how would you go about finding these 50 units+ aside from loopnet?

Hey Team at BP,

Just signed up here recently bought 6 houses all cash looking to purchase around 33 before year end and by 2020 to have at least 300 in my portfolio. Goal is to try and collect atleast $1M a month before I hit my 30s.

A little about me, I'm a college dropout entrepreneur in my 20s earning low 7 figures a year working 7 days a week 18+ hours a day. By my 30s I'd like to travel and enjoy life a bit as of now I'm literally a work-a-holic.

What I'm looking to do is invest in multi-family units but could really use some advice.
