I'm pretty handy around the house I can do drywall electrical Plumbing HVAC basic carpentry my biggest issue is trying to fund things with no money. I was thinking of trying to wholesale to start to build an account to buy a property to rehab and rent out or find someone to partner up with on a few deals and put in some Sweat Equity in exchange for learning how to set up the deals and get a small part of the profit
