When I refer to Wholesales comps, I mean distressed properties, such as REOs and Short Sales (sold, pending, and actv), in order to access what my inventory levels are in a particular market. Also, I do not use the terms MLS Wholesale Report, when requesting information or comps from my agents. In addition, I offer to submit proof of funds to dismiss any of their concerns, regarding ability to pay, but I do understand your point.

Thank you for responding, I have been to multiple REI Associations meetings, signed up for Meetup and talked with 14 different real estate agents, even went as far as meeting with them face to face. However, I am still getting the run aroundsor lack of response from them to return my messages. I want to scream because I finding comps, I just want to make sure I have accurate and update comps, which is why I want agents that I had been working with to provide the MLS reports of Wholesale and Retail comps so I get my offers in. In addition, I will acquire the "Beginners Guide..." and read it. Thanks again.

I am a new investor, and need some help or direction. I want to place a few offers, but I am having trouble obtaining MLS's Retail and Wholesales (REOs and SS) reports from agents. Where can I find the MLS's or similar reports on Retail and REOs/SS sales, pending,and sold comps, in order for me to confirm if my deals are really good deals?
Finally, can anyone recommend REO agents in Oakland County MI that works with investors, for as a cash buyer my group wants to fix and flip in high end neighbors?
