So I have a deal to work out. And the Person marketing the home is also an investor. Now I'm a virtual wholesaler and I have a ground team in Tampa. How will this deal play out? Will the other investor act as the "seller" or should I close the deal and slip the profit with my ground team I am partnering with ?

Hey Angelina, I do not have wholesaling experience, I have been gaining knowledge on the profession for some time now and I know it is time to get started. My goal is to get one deal before the end of the month or the first week in February. I need a trustworthy, motivated and experienced wholesaler to have boots on the ground who can become a regular business partner.

I am new to wholesaling and right now to start off I am looking to start virtually wholesaling properties with other wholesalers in different states and towns in the state I am now. Hey, i have a question about the agreement between the seller and myself. When the seller signs the agreement then I sign it, how exactly does the transaction go between the buyer and myself? The "selling the contract" part has me a little stumped and would like to know every single step.
