Anyone do any new constructions? Can you make any recommendations on companies and architects? Need help with a multifamily. Thanks

Hi Greg, I'm in Boston. What I do know is that the price of homes in less in Springfield. Although, 2-Family houses are pretty cheap you would make better cash flow with atleast 6-8 units or more because the cost of living is cheaper there. Save a few properties on Zillow to watch the market or as a Realtor colleague to send you MLS is Springfield. There are hot areas and areas you should stay away from.Good luck.

I agree, I think vacancies are okto fill. Springfield offers a lot of Section 8, HAP, SHA subsidies. Location is key!!!

Welcome Nicole. Good luck on your start.

The cashflow is about $100 each unit. I have the adjacent property as well for the same deal so that's $100x8 units. It would also be impossible to find a deal like that here in Boston. Springfield is about 2 hours away.
