i recently found a property that is an old farm house that sits in a good bit of land but it isnt used as a farm any more and also located on the property is a large 20 dog kennel building that the owners have been useing as an animal shelter so i was wondering if it would be a possible to get a grand to buy the land?

im sorry if this is the wrong place to post this im me to alI of this but i currently found a multiplex that i could buy and rent out its a 4 unit house with 2 houses on the lot that could be rented out but they want $300,000 it all looks good just minor fixes and i had a friend that came to me and asked if i would be interested in him giving me some money to help out with the down payment but i dont know how that would work out so my questions are 1. how would i pay him back if he invested money into a place i own? 2. would it be a better option to get more people included so its less money out of my pocket? 3. what are the pros and cons of going this route?

Ill have to call and ask tomorrow if that doesnt work out how hard is it to buy a mobile home as a private seller?

Hey guys i was wondering just how would i go about this i wanna buy a few double wide mobile homes that are located in a real nice trailer park located on the out skirts of my town in Pennsylvania and are only going $20,000 or less and the lot rent is only $350 a month so i was thinking of renting it $800 a month ( just cuse ive seen a few horrible duplexes being rented out for $700 with familys already living there) these homes wouldnt be anymore then just a steady income for the next investment home is this a good idea to go with or is it a horrible way to start.
