It is definitely a small world. Congratulations on your new home. I haven't been attending any meetings. I just joined BP about 2 weeks ago. I would love to find a local meeting and meet up. 

@Account Closed you are soooo right about investors gobbling up homes in 2008. We bought our home in 2008 and ran into a lot of investors outbidding us consistently. yes homes are definitely going up and the bart station should be complete in 2016 I believe. I will definitely checkout the search function and lookup others in this area. We looking to buy investment properties in the Central Valley. Thanks for stopping by.
