realtor selling you a bill of goods!   dont do it.

Or- why dont you try buying it @$85k and selling it for $120k.   If you cant sell go with the fix up.......................hahahaha.  Get your toolbelt ready

Expect high water bills.  Section 8 tenants have a lot of sec 8 type friends.................hahahaha.  They take a lot of showers.

Is tehre a book Slumlords for Dummies.......would be popular here-methinks.

NO vacation or weekly rentals.

Im interested in 6 month or longer leases at places like Palms Place or MGM SIG( studio units).
