Thanks for the info, i will read it carefully. I'm looking to start off investing in the UK, starting small and building it up slowly. I have very little money at the moment, but trying to build a pot of money up to get me started. All I'm doing at the moment is a lot of research and trying to understand how things work and build on my financial literacy.

Hi I'm Pete, i looking at starting out in Real estate investment. I'm currently working two jobs, my full time work as a project engineer for a manufacturing company and a part time job as a barman. Although i do like my work, i have two kids, my son 3 and my daughter 6, and i would like to spend more time with them. I don't want to be working two jobs forever. I want to get in to investing, to earn that extra income each month and still find time for my kids. I'm looking for advice on how to get started and become successful
