Gotcha. So it would be better I just find a lower quote and pay out of pocket?

Correct, leak is on the outside of it. The service receipt says the coil was repaired at the time and left that way since it looked like it was holding refrigerant charge. That was October. AS of yesterday, the tech says it does have a leak. I was with him when he sprayed the liquid on it. He also had some kind of leak detector that beeps rapidly when theres a leak. 

Bought a 10 year old manufactured home 20 days ago. Inspection was done prior to closing, showed no ac/heat issues. Once we got into the house, we noticed the ac wasn't cooling to temp. The seller included a home warranty company. We used them to send a tech to come out and see whats wrong. Tech says evaporator coil has a leak, system is all jacked up, pvc drain was cutoff, short in the system. Just all over the place. Turns out the home warranty wont cover the cost of repair or replace because "they can not work on a system that was incorrectly placed or fixed." This was what the tech told them also. 

We had no idea there was any issues, since we just went off the inspection report. What can I do here?

I contacted my realtor and let her know of the issues and gave her the $1400 quote for the repair that should come out of my pocket now. She reached out to the sellers realtor and they sent back a HVAC service receipt that says in October 2021, they found a leak that was fixed, evaporative coil leak that was sprayed on with some "fix-it", tape around some pvc leak and rerouting drains to the flowerbeds outside. However as of yesterday, the tech showed me the oil leaking off the coils. Is that safe?

My next question is, why wasn't this service receipt given to me when I was receiving all the other disclosures? Should this have been given to me in the first place? Should the seller help out with the cost or the home warranty company? What solutions can I refer to now?
