Post: Property Management Businesses for sale?

Hi, I am interested in purchasing a Property Management business in the Mid Atlantic, Northeast, South, and Midwest. Open to other areas for the right deal. Let me know if you know of any owners thinking of selling or any currently on the market. Preferably over 300 units open to Single Family , Multifamily, commercial and HOA Management.

Was this PM a one man company? Perhaps there is a health issue. I would reach out to the tenant and inquire when was the last time they heard from them. Depending on what they say would influence the next steps.....also send a letter/email something in writing to the PM detailing the lack of response and the contract you have with them. Hint at taking legal action as well.
