Quote from @Tony Maldonado:

Hi guys I’m looking at buying a quad with only 1 gas meter. It has a boiler system so I don’t think it’s worth it to purchase 3 more to have them separately metered. Does anyone have any advice with dealing with this type of situation. Any help would be much appreciated.

Post: Seller finance with heloc on home

Good afternoon I’m looking to see some possibilities on how to structure a deal. The house is valued at 200k asking price of 150K. He is open to seller finance with 0% interest. The 1st position loan is paid off but has a second position heloc on the home with 50k balance. I was thinking I could put down the 50k so he had enough to pay off the heloc and make payments to him for the remainder to be paid off in 10 years with new renters. He’s also interested in staying in the home if possible and deduct the rent from the balance he owes. Has anyone done anything like this before? All thoughts and ideas are welcome. Thank you very much
