Hey guys thank you for posting. I appreciate it. I have been listening to a lot of the podcasts, there is a ton of good information that I have been taking from them. I'm running all the numbers currently and seeing what works best. The areas I currently want my focus on is Cheektowaga, Lancaster, Depew, and West Seneca. Thank you all again for posting
