Welcome! I also am interested in the BRRR strategy for the SW metro. Where are your current SFHs? Did you BRRR them?

I recently went to a meetup with Pine and Leader1. It seems like a good strategy. Has anyone used them or other short term financing to acquire and rehab, and then refinance to hold?
@Chad Rainwater Sorry, improper tag- Why did you choose the suburbs you did for target market? I am just getting started and trying to learn the metro market. Just curious how you came up with those cities. Good luck and welcome!

David Moore Could you clarify your statement about due on sale clause not being legal in MN? I am a newbie, but this is the first I'm hearing of that. Most banks and HML I've heard say they have never seen it enforced or like "one time in 10-20 years", etc...
