When you say "liens can be understood", do you mean hiring a title company? That could be pretty expensive if you bid on number of houses at the auction. How else would you investigate your liens?

Hi BP community,

I have interest in hard money lending, however I am new to it. I have the following questions: 1) how much money do you need to have in order to become hard money lender 2) how do you find your clients 3) what is the term for the loan 4) what are the drawbacks of being a hard money lender . Any input is welcome. Thank you.

Its a good advice, however I am concern about not being able to inspect the property plus possibility of liens

Hello BP community,

I have a questions that I am looking to get an answer to : how would you invest $200k cash in real estate in order to maximize return on investment. All input is welcome.

Thanks,

Hi BP community,

I have a questions with regard to my rentals. Is it legal to ask for a pay stubs from the tenants prior them signing the lease in Georgia. I have heard different opinions and I am not sure. Looking for the advise.
