My company manages multifamily communities (100-300 units) nationwide and we would like to start performing detailed, onsite property inspections that include an interview with the onsite property managers. Does anyone know of a company that will perform these monthly inspections for a fee?

I am renovating a 3 unit building in Leet Township and I am looking for a GC that is reasonably priced. The building has structural issues and stormwater issues. Any contacts would be greatly appreciated!

I am new to the site and relatively new to real estate investing. I am the project manager on a total rehab (mostly gutted building) of an old hotel near Turtle Creek, on the East side of Pittsburgh. It looks like I will need to install a fire suppression sprinkler system in the building and I am looking for contacts. I am trying to meet code at the lowest possible price. Any reasonable and capable plumber contacts would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for any help!
