Greetings Folks, are there people out there that have found B & C properties on the MLS (Abilene, Dallas, Weatherford, Fort Worth area) ? I best bet is to do an off market deal and BRRRR but I am wondering if it is worth looking on the MLS. I have only really looked in Abilene but I haven't found anything good. Right now I am just in the practice phase of analyzing anyway but wanted to hear some thoughts. Thank you

This young man wants to focus on real estate and I think that is a wonderful thing. I do not have an empire so I do not have much to add but lets not get political. If you love or hate the President that is fine but I am sure Johnny would appreciate real estate advice.

I will have to keep the Westwood area in mind and start doing some digging. Thanks for the input @Andrew Smith

Hey Josh, thanks for reaching out. I am not currently living in Texas right now. I appreciate the offer. Who knows, maybe in the future we will cross paths.

Greetings all,

Newbie to the site and real estate. Within 12 months (plenty of time) I plan to buy in Abilene Texas. I am trying to find out what the desirable neighborhoods are in that city. I want to start looking into the market and start learning price along with other things. I figured step one was making sure I did not include rough areas in my data collection. Any info would be great. Thank you in advance.
