Hi Douglas, I also attended a Than Merrill 3 day workshop about a year ago. And I agree the $197 was well worth the information.....but ditto the 35K asking price for coaching package, I agree (resources) could probably be obtained via Bigger Pockets just as well?

I also attended the FB weekend session /training.  I did learn some things I didn't know  - but their 30K  mastery price tag was way too expensive for me.

Hi community my name is Tony and I'm a Navy Veteran, father, grandfather, educator, and peace seeking person who loves life and helping others. Born and raised in CA but had the opportunity to travel abroad and around the U.S. while in the military. Only background in real estate investing is a personal residence and raw land purchased in the 1980's. My goal is to start off with wholesaling and later flipping, and holding. Some properties I want to use for training parents how to help their students prepare for college & careers, and some properties for entertainment and lodging use.
