@Don Spafford I agree 100%! I feel the exact same way & wam to employ the same strategy. Do a house hack to compensate for the pay cut. I work 12 hour days & some times do “double tours” where I’m gone for 24 days straight. I’m divorced so there’s no spouse to offset expenses. I hope you achieve your goals sooner than expected!

Who am I?

Wow, that’s a really deep & difficult question to answer lol

I’m just another dude that’s tired of sacrificing his time for money. My goal is to buy back my time.

I’m deeply passionate about personal growth, self-knowledge, truth & being a better Man.

I have many interests. Jiu Jitsu, Day Trading, Leadership, Investing, Cryptocurrencies, Comic Books (Nerd Alert), Graphic Design, Knifemaking, Marketing, Wakesurfing, Fitness, Keto, BioHacking & I’m absolutely 110% addicted to tacos & audiobooks!

I have two sons who are 8 & 6. I love them with all my heart! After going through a divorce 3 years ago. They showed my what true unconditional love really is.

I’ve gone down many rabbit holes on my path of personal growth & self-discovery. Finally the journey has led me here.

I truly believe that Real Estste is the best chance that an average person such as my self has to building wealth.

9 out of 10 Businesses fail in the 1st year & 9 out of those 10 that made it fail in 5 years! Most people have a better chance at wining in Wall Street than building a successful business! (90% of Traders fail)

So, in my opinion Real Estate is a wise choice.

I live in Boise but travel a great deal for work, if you’d like to connect. Feel free to shoot me a friend request, I’m on all social media platforms as my name &/or CryptoIdaho.

Enjoy your Sunday & I hope Monday brings you a TON of Success.

@Mathew McNeil Essentially it’s both, I look to do a “house hack” for the financial benefit & the experience. As well as possible shift into a career in Reality to learn the in’s & out’s. Like I mentioned previously, clearly there is a GREAT reward with Real Estate, but if done incorrectly. You will sink your own battleship. The biggest motivating factor is that I’m out of town so much for work, otherwise I’d just do the house hack & self-educate. I’m glad to hear that your “Investing in Idaho” (That would be a great website name by the way), thanks for your support & advice.

@Tricia McMasters I have no doubt that the money you spent on shortening your learning curve was a wise investment. And you’re right, I shouldn’t get too overly concerned with Cameron not messaging me back. I very easily get frustrated with people when I expect too much out of them lol Thank you very much for your “2 cents” keep em coming!
