Have you continued in real estate investing journey?

looking to build a real estate investment company that would have the ability to buy and hold in different markets from midterm rental to single-family. But we also have the ability to turnkey build projects so if we have a flip we can work with investors and handle that from design and build within a simple efficient system. but need to be able to organize a lot of the information that BiggerPockets has and their database and all the different approaches in an organized manner that is unique to what we have to offer so that we can focus in a strategic way. I get stuck in analysis paralysis.

I have a long background within the field of designing and building. I do it full time now. I am forming a partnershiip with one of my build clients. We have the turnkey operation on the design and build but would like to compensate someone to put together all the disparate information that Bigger Pockets have in an organized way that can allow us to focus on the KPI's. Taking into consideration, our profile of past experience and how we want to take the company.They have great info but a little disorganized. Need to work with someone not so much as a coach but as a guide.
