SOOOO. I kinda new to this , I own a Thriving and busy construction company ( Egress window installer) and I have flipped 4 properties and have 1 single family rental. Hi Everyone!  My name is Tony Benny (Benacquista)  I own and operate an egress window installation business. We are very busy with egress windows,But I recently started investing in real estate (and I love it).  I have a few rentals and I 've also flipped a few homes in the past 3 years.  I am interested in multifamily purchasing,  Anyone has inside info on financing on these I would greatly appreciate it.  I was a homebuilder 22 years ago before I started my egress window company, so I am also interested in build smaller scale multifamily to start.   Anyone in metro detroit area that has some insight, it would be greatly appreciated.  I can assist anyone in return with egress window issues (repairs, code interpretation and compliance) It was great meeting you all and I look forward to having conversations with you!!

Hopefully everyone is having a great $$$ day! Quick question, is it normal for a hard money lender to ask for a 2000.00 initiating fee to get the process started? What are your experiences? They said it would be applied to loan cost afterwards. Thank you in advance!!!

Hello I'm Tony and I'm so excited to be here.    It all started over Christmas vacationing in Aruba that the voice in the back of my head started getting a little louder. I  have always have had a love of real estate and building but always said, some day I will to that.  The fear of the unknown has always  allowed my subconscious to dial down the volume of that little voice.  That whole trip that little voice just would not allow itself to be muted instead it got louder and more frequent. Fast forward to the end of February I went to a 3 day seminar (Yes that one! LOL)  WOW! Lots of eye opening moments all weekend long. I Had the desire (little voice) I Just needed a spark to ignite my inner fire.  This seminar not only ignited my fire but now I feel like an erupting volcano!  I loved the seminar however I didn't invest in the program .  This forum is outstanding (wish they had something like this in construction 14 yrs ago) I welcome any advice you may have and I promise to reciprocate

any info that I discover.  I look forward to chatting with you guys and hopefully meet you in person at some of these reia meetings? Any recommendations on rei's would be appreciated!! Lets make lots of money together!!
