@Bruce Woodruff -That's what I thought. Interesting to know that VRBO has been around (13 yrs), it's crazy to fathem that that many years have come and gone. Thank you for clarifying that for me.

Question - I'm noticing a little frustration between the distinction of STR vs Abnb.. Could someone clarify the exact difference for me?

I have partnered up with a friend and we have been going through the AirBnB course, but we are now approaching homeowners to partner up with us & I want to make sure that I'm using the correct termonoligy as well as process as I contact them. Any advice/guidance is greatly appreciated.

 @Warran Smith and @Greg Labode - Oh my goodness gentleman, I'm so sorry that I went rogue on you, Life has been very busy. 

I also looked up the reviews on the PinV4, I read both pros and cons; I rolled the dice, bit the bullet and went with it. I was like.. it's gotta be better than the old school alternative, right?! I will say, that it definitely has pros and cons to it. I'm still trying to decide if it is worth the $1500, as of right now, I'd have to say NO! SMH...I'm finding that not all of the properties, especially OM ones are accurate in their information. All of the ones that say "vacant" are NOT actually "vacant". As a matter of fact the skip trace is almost a joke. Either it can't locate the person or some of the numbers are incorrect. Extremely frustrating! I'm only 1 month into it and I've had to purchase a different skip tracing program as well as mojo, I'm doing my best to stay positive that it will give me back my return (+) until then I will keep working it in many different angles. 

Keep me posted on which directions you went and how it's working for you. I'll do my best to not stay away so long this time.
