My company signed up and paid $12,000 upfront plus months $1,500 advertising. This company completely falsified any work or outcomes. In 7 months, they have not produced ONE lead to close as guaranteed on their website (Launch Your Leads…LYL) A background  was performed prior to signing up, but we had no idea they were doing previous fraudulent scams under another name called Amplify My Business . Google it on the BBB to read for yourself.

Did you not get any leads or did you not get the kind of leads you was anticipating?
i’m not saying these people are not scams because I have no idea. I do know that unless a person knows what they’re looking for and how to close, it can take a lot of leads to get a deal to the finish line.

There were no leads that were promised. It was advertised as a “Done For You” complete system, not just leads emailed to my inbox. They advertised it as they do everything in the various markets. However, absolutely nothing they advertised and I paid for happened.

Easy... GET OUT OF CALIFORNIA!

DEEP HOOD, TRASHFLOW, CHICAGO, C/D PROPERTIES...TRANSLATE THE CODE WORDS

Adam I bet dollars to donuts this is not CA property sounds like D class rust belt or mid west.
Chicago etc.

OP Google Dwags  security systems for houses.. only way to keep folks out.
Also as @Drew Sygit Drew suggests in D class or deep hood areas which is what your describing no one puts in mechanicals until the day the tenant moves in or MAYBE the day before .. This is a classic case of buying in an area you probably should not have and only appropriate for locals who will go to the property the moment tenant moves out remove all the mechanicals themselves and then re install upon tenant move in

why anyone wants to own this type of asset is a mystery to me.. But most get sucked in by cash flow on paper.. when in fact its TRASHFLOW

Nice cordial people who mean well, but had the program for a year and they didn’t produce even 1 hot lead let alone a contract.

Yep. I have people in my organization who have experienced the same mis treatment. All nice and cordial on the sales pitch but deliver NOTHING!

Yep, they even did prayers on the phone with me. LOL!!!

Without a clear understanding of what this company does (or more accurately, does not do), the payment seems excessive compared to other services in the market."

 Yes it's a money pit.

Thank you. I even paid for a background check on the company along with researching all online reviews. The problem was they start a new company every few years after scamming people so it was very little negative information on the new name, Launch Your Leads. However, it was a blessing in disguise because I have learned what NOT to do and have worked hard at establishing what they offered on my own with my own VA's and it has been less expensive and more profitable.

Tonya English, did you ever file the lawsuit?

No. I was told doing it alone was using “good money to chase bad money”. Basically the cost of the lawyer would ultimately be as much as the money they scammed me for.

I spoke with them about their VIP program out of curiosity. They claim they do all of the marketing, connect with the leads, negotiate the deal, and close it. After closing they split profits 50/50 with you. The cost of the program is 35K upfront and then approximately $3500/mo for all marketing. They guarantee 200K in revenue per year. I ultimately did not do it but I'd be interested to hear if anyone tried that program or knows of anyone who did.

if you believe this is a common outcome I have a bridge to sell you.

It’s sad because I fell for all the lies. There has to be a better way to weed out scammers on this platform. Some people have $35,000 to throw around, but I definitely can’t afford to waste money like that. I guess I it was another real estate learning experience.

Iwe were scammed as well..

we are looking for lawyers now..

Yeah, I thought they had some morals or was just unable to produce outcomes for my business, but seems like it’s just a money grab and the amount now is 3 times as much as a few years ago. I would not spend one penny. Talked to some Utah lawyers as well, but probably need to make it a class action suit.
