I found an Ultimate Beginners Guide to Wholesale!!! This place is awesome!!!

Ok so as I've said, I think starting out in wholesale might be a great way to get started, make connections and learn about the market and how the business works, without me actually owning any property or worrying about loans just yet.

But I don't know much about wholesale as yet, so for the time being my goal is research and information. I downloaded the wholesale introduction book by Brett Snodgrass just last night, I'm going to read that today. But is there any other sources you would recommend?

Oh and Jeff, I'm glad you like it here! I'm in love with Atlanta, I have a lot of friends and some family out there.

My name is Tonio Souza, and I'm from an island called Bermuda. After a lot of thought and research I decided to pursue a career in real estate investing, so I downloaded and read the Ultimate Beginners Guide. I decided that I'd like to take up wholesale and eventually buy small multifamily buildings. I travel between Bermuda and Atlanta all the time, so I guess establishing connections in the Atlanta area would be the smartest move.

So... is there anybody near Atlanta experienced in wholesale? I'm grateful for any input.
