Hi everyone!

Toni here from Pewaukee, Wisconsin. I am new to Bigger Pockets but I have enjoyed what I have read.

I am looking to get into Real Estate rentals. I have funds to purchase a small home or condo.

Since I am not working right now it is my understanding that I probably will not be able to get a loan. I am wondering if it is better to wait to purchase a home until I get a job. Or just pay cash.
