Hello There,

I am a flipper in the bay area, CA; I am now setting out to do my 1st investment in a SFR construction (building from the ground up), so i am looking for experienced builder in the bay area to provide guidance.. Thanks!

Hello All,

Can some please recommend to me reputable title companies that deal with Internet auction transaction? I just tried engaging my local Title company which I used in the past, and the turned down the transaction - citing the below: 

"It is against our policy to insure internet auction transactions as our risks are so much higher"

Please let me know..
