Western Crossing, the Commercial Syndication above is a 506c Syndication, which allows for general solicitation, 506b does not. "You can fly a banner over the Super Bowl" as one of my attorneys said. Also, to be part of the syndication, you need to be an accredited investors. If you need help with this let us know.
