Hey. So I have 2 duplex’s in a shore town in New Jersey. I rent them out seasonally thru air BB. Since i don’t have permanent tenants or signed leases I am having a hard time getting them refinanced so I can get more properties. I need to use the income to boost my debt to income ratio but the lenders I have come across won’t let me use the air bb revenue. Anyone out there that has gone through this or knows of some lenders who might be able to help.
