My family owns 2 commercial buildings on Long Island.  Both have equity and both are fully rented.  We have been trying to refinance both properties for the last 2 years and have had trouble finding a lender to work with us.  Are they any suggestions out there?

Thanks for your help.

As a new investor I was wondering if I can get some advice on which banks are easy to deal with for rental properties.   I know I can put my information into a site like lending tree, but I don't want to have to deal with the 20 phone calls a day that leads to.  I have excellent credit and money to put down.

As always thank you to the bigger pockets community for all of its help.

Hi Everyone,

I am a new investor who would like some information on what companies investors use as the custodian for the self-directed IRA's. I am willing to research the companies myself. So if you can recommend a few companies so I can have a starting point.

Thank You - Tom

Hello everyone.  My name is Tom and I live on Long Island, New York.  I have been lurking on this sit for a while now and have learned a bunch.  Maybe to much (analysis paralysis).  I think I am ready to take the next step.

As a land surveyor I travel from one end of the island to the other and see all types of property.  For years I have seen people make money on these properties,  and now I think is my turn.

I look forward to meeting the other members on the site and learning as much as I can from you.  If I can be of any help with any survey questions I will be happy to answer them.

Thanks,

Tom
