We are seeking more than one investor to chip in parts of $300,000.00.

Allowing each investor to invest in increments of $25,000.00 each!

Twelve investors will add $300,000.00 into the pool.

Once we accumulate commitments, we can have the funds put into escrow.

Once the funds are in escrow we can find and purchase a property.

The attorney will hold the escrow!

Here is the offer to the investors:

From the day the property is purchased investors will earn 10% on their investment plus 1/12 of the net profit for each $25,000.00 invested. It is very possible that an investor will earn between 11% and 20%. Most likely scenario is 15%.
