I am not living in the UK so I don't see sourcing UK properties as an option. Or am I wrong?

Sorry for the silence, I may have found a couple to partner up with but my fear now is that they just want to use my cash to finance their next deal. This is fine if my money is just going to sit in a bank and not earn interest. But I want to be getting my hands dirty, involved in decisions and getting experience.  Then I'll be without cash for the next year.

What do you think about investing what little I have or waiting for a better situation?

What is missing is an investor. I have some cash but could not financially take on a deal on my own. One of the first books I read was from Bigger Pockets, The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down. This summer I met several sourcing agents in the UK and am receiving offers. I also met with RBS and applied for an account with them and have established a relationship with a solicitor. Everyone tells me that I should have no problem finding an investor and that there is tons of money out there but I just haven't cracked that nut yet.

Hello BP community

New to this tool and also real estate investing. I am living in Sweden and looking to invest in the UK. Even with the BrExit looming in the air, it is a great time to invest there. It seems that most everyone here is focused on the USA so I am not sure if this is the place for me to be bringing this up.

I have been studying for about a year now and working on building contacts in the UK like sourcing agents, mortgage brokers, banks, and other players needed for a Power Team. I am getting deals sent to me regularly. The only thing that is holding me back is how to hook up with investors.

I have a vision of what I want to create, and have developed my strategy with help from the BP book "Rental Property Investing" and from lots of other materials including podcasts and a course I am currently doing in the UK about investing there.

Does anyone have advice or is interest in the UK market?
