Hello all, does anybody know if Podio has a call receiving feature or able to transcribe calls like a ring central is capable of. I just started using Podio so I haven’t figured my way around yet but am in need of an answering service to track calls coming in.

Thank you in advance

Hello all… i have a few questions regarding accepting a tenant.

Can you ask how long a couple looking to rent one of your properties has been dating?

Can you ask how much money a prospective tenant has in the bank? Require proof of funds for any amount beyond initial deposits?

Do you have to specify which aspect of the rental application did not meet qualifications?

Thank you!

Hello all, I am in search of a CRM system that is specialized for interior designers. Looking for something that saves hot items and manages inventory. Compatible with Quickbooks would be ideal. Any and all recommendations are appreciated!!

What kind of Property Management software is everyone using? Looking for something to digitally store all of our documents, data and schedule.

Hello all, I am a realtor in Suffolk county on Long Island in New York. I have a growing business that is doing well and interested in starting a property management company to service new and existing clients. My question is, what CRM / database programs is everyone using? I understand that organization is imperative in this field and it is very important to me to have everyone following the same systems as we grow.

Any and all information, tips and opinions on this topic are welcomed!

Thank you

Tommy

Hey Frank, I am a realtor in Suffolk County. It certainly is tough to find good investment properties around. Some towns have $10k+ in taxes per year.. If you ever need anything I am local though. Don't hesitate to reach out.
