@Russell Brazil I would love to purchase in this area, but the prices just seem unreasonable. I’m open to discussing any strategies that you know to work. One bedroom condos in bad areas are selling for clost to 90k+

Hey, I’m Tommy!

I want to do some real estate investing (multi-units), but there a lot of big-time developers in my area (Washington DC) and the prices are super high!  I currently have about 80k, but I honestly don’t know where to begin. I’ve read articles about investing in cheaper areas out-of-town, but I lived in the DMV my whole life so I’m a little nervous about foreign lands. Can anyone help me out? 🥴

Hey guys!

I’ve been renting my home for the past 3 years. During that time , the home has doubled in value. I want to become a more active investor, but I honestly don’t know where to start. I’m in the dc area and everything is so expensive and I don’t know how to find “deals”.

Can someone please help?
