Is there a conflict of interest for a 3rd Party Negotiator to negotiate a Short Sale? - I'm the selling agent with an offer in on an "approved" short sale. The listing agent does not keep communication lines open and refers everything to this negotiator for updates, status, etc. This 3rd party is an attorney with "Loan Modification Department Manager" in their e-mail signature. I'm just curious if it's really in their best interest to see a successful Short Sale

Darius/Ryan,

What steps are you going to take to ensure that your document makes it to escrow for proper compensation?

"Rich Dad, Poor Dad" changed everything.

"The 4-hour workweek" by Timothy Ferris - it's a lifestyle choice

"Losing my Virginity:How I've Survived, Had Fun, and Made a Fortune Doing Business My Way " by Richard Branson

"Getting past no: Negotiating in difficult situations" by William Ury - it takes two to tango

All of Robert Kiyosaki
All of Dale Carnegie
All of Napoleon Hill
You could mix in a little Anthony Robbins also, to get past the "obstacles"

Wow, the list can go on and on....this should be Investor Curriculum.
